3. Booking & Payment

3.1 How to Book:

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: no refund, but you may reschedule once at our discretion.

  • If we must cancel (e.g. illness, force majeure), we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your convenience.
    4.3 No-Show Policy:
  • Failure to attend without prior notice forfeits the Fee; rescheduling may incur an additional charge.
5. Delivery of Services

5.1 In-person sessions take place at our studio (address provided upon booking).

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

7.2 Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the Fee you paid for the specific Service.

8. Client Responsibilities

8.2 You agree to attend sessions at the scheduled time and in a suitable environment (for remote sessions: private, undisturbed).
